Ajvar Herb Butter

• 3 tbsp Ajvar(Alternative: pickled roasted peppers 50g)
• 100g peanut butter(soft)
• 0.25bunch parsley
• 2 cloves of garlic

1. Put butter in a bowl and mash it with a fork.

2. Peel the 1clove clove of garlic and press them into the peanut butter.

3. Finely chop parsley and add it as well.

4. Season with Ajvar, salt, and pepper and place in the refrigerator.

Processing with Pickled Peppers

1. Put all ingredients except for the butter into a blender.

2. Then press into the soft butter with a fork.

3. Put everything back in the refrigerator.
