Banana Bread

On a plate, peel the very ripe bananas and mash them with a fork. The pure fruit pulp should weigh about 300g.

Beat the with brown sugar until fluffy. I also use a fork for this.

Stir in 2units egg individually until well combined.

Add wheat flour, baking powder, salt, and ground vanilla.

Quickly stir in yogurt and banana.

Fill the dough into the prepared pan. Bake the banana bread in the Omnia for about 25-35 minutes at medium temperature.
