Coleslaw✿Serves 4Ingredients0.5 cabbage1 tbsp sugar4 tbsp oil1 tbsp salt0.5 tsp pepper4 tbsp vinegarInstructionsCut the 1head cabbage in half. Shred the 0.5head cabbage into thin strips.Peel the radish and grate it or cut it into thin strips.Put both in a sieve and rinse. Squeeze briefly.salt and let drain in a sieve for about 10 minutes.Put into a bowl and mix with the remaining ingredients.Fill into a container and refrigerate.Tastes best after 4 days.
