Chard Gorgonzola Salad✿Serves 2Ingredients0.5 onion4 chards1 garlic clove0.5 lemon100g bread(Sourdough bread)3 tbsp butter1 Pinch salt1 Pinch pepper100g GorgonzolaInstructionsChop onion and garlic clove finely.Wash the chard, cut off the tough ends, and chop the rest into small pieces.Cut bread of your choice (sourdough bread or baguette is a good choice) into large cubes.Prepare a skillet with butter. Add the bread and toast it over medium heat. Once it's done, place it into the salad bowl or on the plates.Cut Gorgonzola into small pieces and add it to the bread.In the same pan, sauté garlic and onion in butter and add the chard stems. Toss in the butter for 4 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Then add the chard leaves and let them wilt briefly.Smoke the chard with the bread and Gorgonzola.Finally, season with lemon, a dash of olive oil, salt, and pepper.TipsTop with grated apple.
