Orange Turmeric Shot

Squeeze the 350ml orange and 350ml lemon and put them in a blender. This yields about 350 ml of juice.

Peel ginger and turmeric (about half the size of a thumb), for example by scraping with a teaspoon.

Cut into pieces and place in the blender.

Fill into clean jars and use within 4 days. Store in the refrigerator.
