Chard Gnocchi Pan with Nut Butter & Sage✿10 minutes preparation time15 minutes cooking timeServes 2Ingredients400g gnocchi(fresh or from the refrigerated section)1 chard(a small bunch)6 fresh sage leaves(or 1/2 tsp dried sage)saltIngredientsgrated Parmesan or nutritional yeast for serving1 splash of lemon juiceInstructionsPreparationSeparate the stems and leaves of the chard.Cut the stems into fine strips, and roughly chop or tear the leaves.Wash and drain the gut.Heat some oil or butter in a large pan.Add the gnocchi and fry for about 6–8 minutes over medium heat until golden brown and slightly crispy on the outside.Remove from the pan and set aside.Prepare Nut ButterIn the same pan, slowly heat the butter until it smells nutty and turns light brown (do not let it burn!).Fry the 1leaf fresh sage leaf until crispy for 1–2 minutes.Coarsely chop the , add them to the pan, and briefly roast.Add chard to the pan and sauté for 2–3 minutes.Then add the leaves, season with salt, pepper, and possibly a pinch of nutmeg.Let it collapse briefly (about 1–2 minutes).Now bring everything back together. For this, return the gnocchi to the pan and toss them well.Season to taste with lemon juice, Parmesan, or nutritional yeast flakes.Serve immediately.
