And for me: one week of following my passion – cooking.
Between rehearsal room and dinner table, between sound and soulfood, a space emerged for creativity and connection.
The food was more than just nourishment. It was part of the experience – part of the structure that gave the musicians the clarity and ease to dive fully into their creative process.
And I, too, dove into something for the first time: a 24/7 retreat cooking session – three meals a day, fresh bread, homemade rolls, and plenty of sweet things.
This weekly plan isn’t a typical one. It’s a reflection – on seven days full of music, warmth, and real food.
